Tenant Representation

In commercial real estate, a prospective tenant engages a 'Tenant Representative' to act on their behalf throughout the entire lease process from assessing the need to renew or relocate to finalizing details of any move. Although the fiduciary responsibility is to the client, the Tenant Representative is paid commission fees by the landlord based on the value of the lease. Laura Kiley has acted on behalf of tenants since 1995 and brings market knowledge, negotiating skills and creativity to each unique requirement.
